We use Australia Post.

We use Australia Post to provide a reliable and affordable delivery service to our customers. When Australia Post is unable to deliver, we may use DHL instead.

02 / OUR PACKAGING

Thoughtful down to the details.

We are gradually transitioning to biodegradable, compostable parcel satchels. We wrap items in noissue tissue paper and stickers. noissue is part of the Eco-Packaging Alliance, which plants trees for orders placed with them. Its tissue paper is FSC-certified, acid-free and printed using soy-based inks. When these materials are temporarily unavailable, we use ZUHD shopping bags made from reusable plastic.

01When will my order be processed?

We process orders every day except Fridays and Eid, as well as the day after. We do our best to process orders on the same day. If this is not possible, orders are processed on the next working day.

02How can I track my order?

Track your delivery through the Australia Post website using the tracking ID emailed to you. Delivery is dependent on the carrier, so we cannot guarantee arrival times.

03Can I cancel or modify my order?

To get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

04Undeliverable or refused packages

Parcels may not be delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an insufficient or incorrect delivery address.
