RETURNS

It’s our aim to make ordering a custom kandura online completely risk-free. If you get the wrong kandura then we would be happy to assist in any way possible but this is highly unlikely as we try our best make as per order using state of the art machines and unique craftsmanship.

Zuhd reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed. Items cannot be remade based on customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.

Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked to select an alternative fabric, of equal or lesser value, for your remake order.

RETURN POLICY

To be considered eligible for return, you will need to submit a return claim within 14 days of your order's ship date.

Zuhd will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition. We have the right to deny the refund of items that we believe have been previously worn or damaged.

Zuhd will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.

Any items returned to Zuhd that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to you without refund or may not be sent back if they are outside the UAE.

You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. Any items you keep will be charged at full market value.

Zuhd will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE laws.
